Im really nervous to take it cause I don’t like taking medicine at all. I have very bad anxiety problems where it is starting, ell more than starting to impact my life in negative ways. anyways I just wanted to see if this is indeed a good dose for a person who is just starting out taking this medication. its 0.5 milligrams of xanax? is this a lot, will it make me feel weird, this is what im nervous about!
