Question by Jacquelyn: I let go of myself after giving birth? okay so here’s a little detail about me. I am 22 year old female. I currently weigh 220Lbs and I am 5ft 6in tall (b4 I had kids I was 135) I work 3 12.5 hrs shifts a week overnight and one 3-7 hr shift a week dayshift. I am a mother of two boy 6 months and girl 2 years old. I average 3-6 hours a sleep a night/day. I am not terribly unhealthy, but I am unhealthy. I feel weaker, my immune system is lower, and I am a whole lot lazier. All this started after giving birth to my first child. I mean I completely let go of myself, and I really need to get me back.
