The important part in the endocrine system is thyroid glands. The main aim of thyroid gland is stimulate body’s metabolism.  The thyroid gland is just below larynx around Adam’s apple. Thyroid glands have two functions: 1) regulates and stimulates body metabolism is first one, produce thyroxin and triiodothyronine hormones are second function. Thyroid gland receives instructions from pituitary gland by Thyroid-stimulating hormone. When thyroid gland not receives instructions from pituitary gland or thyroid gland has any diseases, it causes for thyroid problems.
