How Do I Cope With Total Hearing Loss?

Question by JR: How do I cope with total hearing loss? I have bilateral Meniere’s’s disease and have lost complete hearing in my right ear and now my left ear is rapidly decreasing after every attack. It’s kinda rough dealing with the myriad of things that deafness robs from your life. I am a 57 yr old male raising grandchildren.
