Hi Everyone! I Have a Question About the Torn Meniscus in My Knee :/?

Question by : Hi Everyone! I have a question about the torn meniscus in my knee :/? I had orthroscopic knee sergery in my left knee last february, 2011. I injured the knee playing basketball in December 2010, and finally got in for knee sergery in february. My sergeon looked at the mri results and told me its a severe miniscus tear, and may not heal, due to the damage and little blood flow to the meniscus. But, he went ahead and operated. How many of you wish that “MrE” would stop telling everyone on every board that every problem stems from nerve interference? Any other skeptics are more than welcome to weigh in(you know who you are) MrE, if you decide to respond, please list research articles. I would love to read what you can find. Edit: Mystify, you are right. I have seen offices in the US that actually use real physical therapy, and I have seen offices that use it to increase collections. I have a PT that works with me. It is a great arrangement. To the noseknows, in the US, physiotherapy and physical therapy are two very different things, just like chiro in the US vs. chiro elswhere. We are under far greater scrutiny here than in other parts of the world. Hey, “thenoseknows”, I am a Chiro in the  ...
