Teen Challenge Sings “Welcome Home” WIth Shaun Groves – I heard that the addicts in recovery from the local Teen Challenge chapters had formed a choir and that that choir sang Welcome Home. The song, I was told, was a kind of prayer for these men and women, giving the words to ask God to heal them from addiction. They were invited to my concert in Forest Lake, Minnesota and without them knowing it we asked their leaders if it would be alright to invite them onstage to sing with me.
