I have tried this program and it is really helpful. I achieved 30 days without drinking after following this program and only really found the first week a little difficult. I have since had a few ‘social’ drinks at particular get-togethers and find I am managing this well.

There is one program I did not see AA, it is a great program if you are looking to stop drinking.
