1 Problem = Radiation – Any planet/moon/or even space that is not protected by an atmosphere like Earth experiences radiation. That is a major reason why space travel is so dangerous. Radiation is everywhere in space.

#2 Problem = Bones – Our bodies were designed to live with gravity on Earth. Once you are in space and there is no gravity, blood does not flow quite the same. Humans in space do not use the same muscles that we normally do to walk, lift weights, etc. Therefore the muscles begin to atrophy and over time, bone mass is even lost. Astronauts that are away from Earth for months have difficulty adjusting back to gravity and may need to regain most of their strength before they left.

#3 Problem = Water – This is another biggie. Where does water come from to drink and bathe? Unless the planet already has a supply of water on it, you cannot just fill a spaceship up with water….it will never get off the launching pad due to it’s enormous weight and crash spectacularl1 Problem = Radiation – Any planet/moon/or even space that is not protected by an atmosphere like Earth experiences radiation. Water. Astronauts on the ISS have a machine that recycles every last drop of water and purifies it for drinking – even urine. And of course water simply floats around in strange blobs.
