Around three months ago my shoulder dislocated
Im doing physical therapy
I still cant lift my arm up all the way
What else can I do????? like how can i eat, or do exercises or anything else???

Ok, first thing. Are you performing Physical Therapy “YOURSELF”? OR with a trained professional? Then how often are you doing it? My personal advice, … see a doctor and get their input, and eat protein and calcium and lots of vitamin C to help with your bone and ligaments!

then your therapists are shoemakers. Find another. and just don’t do that shit at their office!!! do the same stuff at home. Pro Athletes get better faster because their income depends on it. they’re motivated! are you?
