Tylenol?
You could also put heated towels on the place it hurts, I’m not sure why it hurts…is it the muscle? Taking a warm/hot shower also helps relieve pain I think, if it’s muscle pain.

I am not sure how bad your situation is. I used to have chronic back pain for a year. I got several massages. I felt better in first couple days and the pain came back. Something made me think of yoga. So I tried several videos. I found one which helped me a lot. I follow the video for 5 days in a roll. My back pain was gone! Even now, I still do that sometime. It really help my back and shoulder muscle stronger. Go google and search for “Hatha Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Health – 57 minutes Pain”. I told everybody I know about this… I think it doesn’t hurt to try ;)
