What Treatments Are Available for Cyclothymia and Is It Worth It?

Question by TaylorB: What treatments are available for Cyclothymia and is it worth it?
I think I have Cyclothymia. I have researched it in depth and match all the symptoms and my mother is diagnosed manic depressive increasing my chances significantly. I was wondering what kind of treatment is available sense I don’t think I am all out bi polar.

I cant see someone about this for another 2 months but I will.
