Why Do Mental Hospitals Call Themselves Behavioral Facilities?
Question by Halle: Why do mental hospitals call themselves behavioral facilities?
Places like Rivendell, Bridgeway, and Pinnacle Pointe Hospital are all psychiatric hospitals. Why do they tell the patients they’re in a “behavioral health facility”? Do they really think that the patients are that stupid? Why do those sick and demented places not show themselves for what they really are?
