Question by Ryzen: Why don’t celebrities get sent to jail after being caught taking drugs?
I mean, why put jail sentences on taking illegal drugs if its not being enforced and can be “waived” by paying bail money “which usually is nothing to the celebrity”. For example, Amy Winehouse was caught red-handed, with photos, witnesses and even confession, of ingesting multiple Class A/B drugs, but all she gets is a trip to rehab?

Photos and witnesses can’t be used in a case like that, u need police evidence.

i find it hilarious that keifer sutherland was allowed to leave prison during his time to shoot movies. when would any regular citizen be able to get out for a job when serving prison time.

i haven’t gone to a movie in almost 3 years because I’m sick of all celebrities. even the want to be do gooder socialists like george clooney, michael moore, and sean penn. we line their pockets with millions to be insulted. for example michael moore said americans cant achieve what he has been able to achieve. why is that? or better yet snobs like paris hilton, who traveled the country laughing at the working americans way of life. she acts like they we are peasants to her. that trust fund wh*** deserved her jail sentence, i dont care what the california average is. mostly celebs skate through the judicial system, robert blake, oj, and i have to throw ted kennedy in the mix, but they all got away with murder i mean come on, how can people support this hollywood nonsense.
